Notes

1.  The NETL and WVU overview presentations should be designed so that the major information about materials programs at each organization is summarized; if this information is made available in a power point slide format, it will be distributed via handouts and posted to the NRCCE web site.

2.  NRCCE will work with speakers who wish to talk during the General Introductions session to assemble their power points on the computer to make quick transitions from one presentation to the next.  Slide info will also be distributed via photo copy at 6 slides per page.  Presenters must limit their talk to no more 4 slides per presentation.  A template will be provided.  Slide presentations will be due at noon to NRCCE the day before the meeting (January 5).  A presentation schedule will be determined in the afternoon of January 5.
