Chinese energy group meets with WVU

Morgantown, W.Va. – Representatives from the Shenhua Group, one of the largest energy companies in the world, met with West Virginia University (WVU) faculty and administrators to continue discussions on scientific and educational collaborations.  Shenhua is also exploring possible energy investments in West Virginia.

A relationship of R&D and educational exchanges has been developing over the past 15 years with the university. Last year Shenhua and WVU signed a memorandum of understanding in Morgantown to continue working together in the fields of energy, business development and the environment.
