learning about the basics of code enforcement? The Building Code is
designed to ensure the construction and maintenance of safe buildings. This
participatory session will include a quick overview of the different types of
ordinances used to regulate unsafe structures, a brief overview of the process
and any recent changes to legislation regarding unsafe structure. Then experts
will address questions from the audience and facilitate conversation around
dilapidated and vacant buildings.
